6. Be sure to COMPLETE registration, all the way through payment (else we don’t see it).
7. Need a scholarship? MVLL is proud to offer full scholarships to any family in need. If you are interested in a scholarship, please fill out the brief Scholarship Form. Please DO NOT register your player for the Spring 2026 season until you’ve completed the form and received an email from our Player Agent, Brendan Devlin, with instructions on your next steps.
8. Only register your player ONCE. Every year, we get duplicate registrations when both parents register their player under two different accounts. Please check with your partner and make sure only one of you registers your player.
9. Registration is by League Age (your child’s age on August 31, 2026), not grade. Is your child an academic redshirt (typically a summer baby starting school a year late)? Register your child into the correct League Age division, then send an email to our Player Agent, Brendan Devlin, at [email protected] if you would like to move your child down a division to play with his or her classmates. He’ll make it happen on the back end. Check our 2026 League Age Chart for your child’s age-based division.
10. Want to manage or coach? We hope you do. When you register your player, register yourself as a Head Coach (Manager) or Assistant Coach. You’ll be asked to provide some information so that we can complete a background check, which is required of all volunteers. We’ll have a separate communication on how to become an MVLL Volunteer and why becoming an MVLL volunteer will be your single best decision of Fall 2025.
11. Does your kid want to umpire, work at the snack shacks, or be on our field prep crew? We’ll open registration for these programs in January, so sit tight and stay tuned. Remember, umps and field prep crew members must be 12 by August 31, 2026; snack shackers must be in Grade 8 during Spring 2026.
