Star League is for 7 year olds, generally 1st Graders.  We continue focusing on fundamentals and basic rules of baseball.  Coaches handle the pitching, and defensive outs count.  Players participate in 1 practice and 1 game each week.  We use a continuous batting order, and all players play in the field.  We do not keep score.  We've achieved Star League objectives if the players have a great time and want to play baseball again in 2nd grade!
