Calling all MVLL Players (Farm - Majors Divisions)! Welcome to Mill Valley Little League’s inaugural Hit-a-Thon. The event will take place on the eve of Super Saturday on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 3:30-8:30pm. The plan is to build on this an annual event to help fund raise for MVLL’s Fields and continue our All Volunteer efforts to continue to make our League one of the best in Northern California.

Player Participation - All players from Farm, AAA, Minors, and Majors are invited to participate. Participation is completely optional but would LOVE to have all that are interested join in. Each player will receive an email from 99pledges to their parent’s email that is on file with MVLL, please email us at [email protected] if you have not received your invitation by EOD.

Volunteers - an event like this takes a lot planning but mainly we will need volunteers on the day of the event to help make this a success. With all of the work your coaches are doing already we are asking they take a step back to watch their players just have fun.
A sign-up genius has been setup with time slots for volunteers, please sign up today! Juniors and High School Players are invited to volunteer and High School players can get volunteer hours that the MVLL Board will sign off on.
We’ll need volunteers for Field Prep, Check-In Staff, Announcers, Batting Coaches (help with tees and soft toss), Record Keepers, Judges, Shaggers, and Facilitators (helping to organize each team and communicate to players)
Hit-a-Thon Sign Up Genius
Fundraising - while the primary goal is to host a fun event for our players, we have a goal of raising $25,000 for the league to help with future projects and help support MVLL. Each player will have their own fund raising page that they can send to potential donors. A template has already been loaded for each player but can be customized. No amount is too small!
Prizes - we will have prizes for the top fund raising team and players. Tickets to Giants games, week of baseball camps, gift cards are all on the table!
