Which division do I sign up for???

Q. How Old is my child according to Little League International?
Your player's age will be determined by the Little League Age Chart currently posted on our site under the PARENTS section. Please sign up for the appropriate division based on League Age.

Q. The registration page is not allowing me to sign up for the division I want, what do I do??
MVLL has moved to a League Age based system to conform with Little League International standards but understand that there are exceptions to this (Super K's, older/younger age grade students, etc). Please reach out to the MVLL Player Agent, Patti Shore @[email protected] for grandfathered approval into your requested division.

Q. My child is in pre-school, can he/she play in the 2019 MVLL season?
If your child is league age 5, then yes! League age 5 would mean that he or SHE is 5 by Aug. 31st 2019. If so, then PLAY BALL!

Q. Is MVLL open to female ballplayers?
ABSOLUTELY! In fact, the very first female Little Leaguer played in MVLL. Jenny Fulle became the first Little Leaguer when she played in Mill Valley in 1974. Since then, MVLL has encouraged anyone who wants to play baseball to register!

Q. What are the MVLL LOWER divisions?
The lower divisions are the "non-draft" divisions. These include Rookie (Tee-Ball), Star (Coach Pitch), and Farm (Machine Pitch). The upper divisions (Minors AAA, Minors, Majors, Majors Int) are when players begin to pitch to themselves, have umpires, and participate in tryouts and a draft.

Q. My player is now League Age 13, what are his/her options?
Bring it on! MVLL fields teams for players up to League Age 15. Please review your options on our registration page for the appropriate division. Fields are available for 50/70 (50 foot pitching distances, 70 foot base paths) and 60/90.
